How To Make Detox Foot Pads At Home


 The foot detox pads have been used as a non-invasive detox treatment for a long time, and thousands of people claim that they really work. They stimulate the liver and kidney meridians and boost the metabolic rate at which kidney and liver cells detoxify the body. The mechanism behind it is actually reflexology, an ancient healing technique that stimulates so-called “reflex” points on the body to eliminate toxins and chemicals.

Foot detox pads are an easy, cheap and quick way of removing toxins from our body. Here’s how to prepare them at home:


  • 1 tablespoons of chopped garlic and onion each
  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • Adhesive gauze pads


Pour the apple cider vinegar in a pot and let it boil, then add the onion and garlic and simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool down afterwards, then add a bit on the center of the gauze pads, squeeze the excess liquid out and apply them on your soles. Put on a pair of socks and go to bed – in the morning, remove the pads and they should be dark from all the toxins they absorbed.
