Everybody knows that consuming lots of fruits and vegetables can have a great impact on our bodies and our overall health. If you include fruits and vegetables in your daily dietary regime, you will provide your body with huge amount of important minerals and vitamins.

It is true that fruits are very good for children who are still in their developmental stage, both for physical and mental fitness and well-being. However, you must not turn a blind eye on the kind of fruits that your children usually eat together. There are certain fruits that must never be eaten together and, as parents, it is your duty to ensure that your child doesn’t suffer from the harmful repercussions that can arise due to the consumption of bad mix of fruits.

1. Pudding and Banana Mix

This combination is particularly dangerous because it weakens the brain activity. Besides that, it also affects your digestive system. The combination of pudding and banana may cause death in children because it causes accumulation of harmful toxins.

2. Orange and Carrot Combination

Bike reflux and heartburn may be caused by the consumption of this combination. According to recent studies, by combining oranges and carrots you may also damage the health of your kidneys.

3. Papaya With Lemon

Papaya and lemon is a deadly combination that can stir problems with the haemoglobin in the blood. It may also increase the risk of anaemia and is a big no-no for children.

4. Guava With Banana

Eating this combination makes both children and adults feel nauseous due to the gases produced in the stomach. Apart from this, it also paves a way for headaches and stomach-related ailments.

5.  Orange With Milk

It is better to stop adding pieces of oranges to your daily bowl of milk cereal or oatmeal. The acid in orange will destroy the enzymes that are responsible for digesting the starch present in the cereal. It may also curdle the milk and enable it to become a mucus-forming substance in the body, which is bad news for your kid’s health.

6. .Vegetables and Fruits

It is important to know that you should not consume vegetables and fruits together. You should not do this because the sugar that you enter in the body by consuming fruits will stay in your gut for an extended period of time since it needs more time to digest.

7. Pineapple and Milk Mix

The bromelain in pineapple and milk do not go well together. That is the main reason why you should not mix these two products together. If you choose to do that, you will cause a series of problems to your body such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea and headaches.
