-A little of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
-Middle sized cabbage
-War water
-Knife
-A juicer

First soak the cabbage in the warm water with a little bit of apple cider vinegar for a few minutes. The stem chopped off with a knife and the cabbage should be cut in two halves.

When you have tho halves of cabbage, put the one part in the juicer and make it into a juice for drinking. The other part you can save it for use later.

There is no restricted amount of juice you can drink daily. Although if you drink too much of the juice the reactions can be bloating and intestinal gas.

The adequate amount for one day is the juice form only 1 cabbage.

It would be perfect to divide the juice into 2, the first half in the morning and the other one in the evening.
