- Olive Oil
Grind the cabbage, carrot and turnip in ration 3:1:1. Add some herbs of your own choice (parsley, celery …). Stir the vegetables and mix them well so that they can release their own juices. Then, add a little bit of lemon juice.
In the end, add some olive oil or another vegetable oil of your own choice. Do not sprinkle salt on the salad!
