Here is how to make this awesome foot spray that you can use on your feet before bed whenever you need a restful night.
- Mix magnesium oil with 15 drops of lavender essential oil and 8 drops of vetiver essential oil in a glass spray bottle.
- Shake the spray mixture well.
- You can use this mixture for 25-45 applications.
- Spray your feet and let them dry for a minute.
