Military Diet: Lose 10 Pounds in Just 3 Days

If you want a diet that provides great results, then the Military diet is perfect for you.
For better results you have to stick to the rules. There are some exceptions like replacing the meat with lentils or one veggie instead of another.

Non-caloric sweeteners, tea, black coffee, water, cooking spray that does not stick, mustard, spices and lemon juice are the drinks and foods allowed in this diet. It lasts only 3 days and during this time you will eliminate fat, get optimal metabolic rate and become reenergized. If you want to perform it again you have to take a break for 4 days

Day 1:

Breakfast

1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine)

Lunch

1 slice of toast
1/2 cup of tuna
1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine)

Dinner

1 cup of green beans
3 ounces of any kind of meat
1 small apple
1/2 a banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 2:

Breakfast

1 slice of toast
1 egg
1/2 a banana

Lunch

1 hard boiled egg
1 cup of cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers

Dinner

2 hot dogs (without bun)
1/2 cup of carrots
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3:

Breakfast

1 slice of cheddar cheese
5 saltine crackers
1 small apple

Lunch

1 slice of toast
1 hard boiled or cooked egg (optional)

Dinner

1 cup of tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Even though you are on this diet you should exercise as much as you can.
People who are less active don’t have to do very hard exercises, they can walk around or do some easy stretching.

If you have some medical difficulties, you should consult a doctor before you start the diet. The best part of this diet is that its ingredients are cheap and the steps are really easy.

    What can I replace the cottage cheese with? Can the veggies be cooked or steamed? Can I use canned tuna.
