Why Drink Oregano Tea?

Oregano Tea For Colds

You’ll need:

  • 4 to 6 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw honey

You’ll have to:

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Chop the leaves and quickly add to the pan.
  3. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain, add honey, and enjoy hot.
