The Ultimate Anti-Inflammatory Soup – With Every Sip You Take You Renew Your Joints, Liver And Kidneys

This soup is most definitely highly alkaline, antioxidant-rich and highly anti-inflammatory.

The key here is using ingredients that are anti-inflammatory — essentially foods which are whole and unprocessed — which in this recipe are carrots, ginger, garlic, celery, beets and apples.

Detox Soup


-2 cups chopped celery
-2 cups chopped beets
-2 cups chopped carrots
-1 cup chopped apple
-2 cloves garlic, chopped
-4 cups vegetable broth OR chicken broth
-1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
-2-3 cups unsweetened coconut beverage
-2 tbsp grated ginger
-1 tbsp fresh thyme OR 2 teaspoon dried thyme
-½ tsp pink rogray OR grey sea salt


-Put all the ingredients in a large pot, except for the coconut beverage
-Bring the mixture to boil
-Simmer for about ten minutes or until all the ingredients are soft enough
-Run the mixture in a food processor until smooth
-Pour the coconut beverage and mix together
-Top with nut-free pesto, if desired
