      Probably just about indefinitely, or until it’s gone. I think that’s a fair assumption, given I’ve a 32oz/ 1QT bottle Braggs OACV, basically only has an expiration date because it’s required, I bought 2 wks ago 10/10/17, best by 7/28/2022, no way it won’t be gone long before then. It’s down 1 PT, half already, equal to this recipe of 1 pint, only taking 2 tsp, or 1 tbls daily with glass of water, same prescribed in the garlic syrup recipe. I successfully planted year old garlic cloves for seed last spring, and they grew, after sitting in a bowl in my cupboard for a year, and I have some organic honey as good as the day it was given to me, what is left from a 5 gal pail my father gave me in 1982.

      Since I have the ingredients, I’m going make 1QT to try it. If I can hack it and it seems to help as well as OACV by itself, I’ll be for making more starting in about 3 weeks after starting the regimen, so not to run out.

    I’ve started taking it every day for the past week. Never caught the bad flu that’s going around in my workplace.
