Methods of treating stomach problems with baking soda
If you drink baking soda, it may help your stomach problems in several ways. Here are just a few of great recipes which have been tested by many people who swear it’s the best way to help stomach problems.
Baking soda with vinegar and water
Take a small cup of water and add half a teaspoon of baking soda. Stir well and add a tablespoon of vinegar in it. Vinegar will help reduce acidity. Now you will have a small chemical reaction which will look like a magic potion. It might just be that! On the surface, the mixture will begin to create bubbles. Wait a few minutes until the bubbles subside, and then drink a whole glass at once. If you feel any improvement, repeat the procedure.
Baking soda with apple vinegar
Mix a teaspoon of soda with two tablespoons of ACV and add 250 ml of water. As with ordinary vinegar, bubbles will come out on the surface of the glass. Wait until it calms down and drink at once. This method can be applied without water but have in mind that the taste might be heavy and not quite pleasant.
Baking soda with lemon

Baking soda and peppermint tea
Peppermint tea, AKA ‘grandma’s secret’, is great for all kinds of stomach problems. Make a cup of peppermint tea and add a tablespoon of baking soda. As simple as that you will make a powerful medicine. A little bit of lemon juice will make it taste better. The tea will start to work between 10 to 15 minutes.
