This is how to prepare it:
- 1 cup fresh, chopped pineapple
- 80 grams organic gelatin
- A small amount of fresh crashed ginger root
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
- Freshly squeezed orange juice from 1 orange
- 40gr. crushed almonds
- 40gr. Raw honey
- 7gr. cinnamon
- A cup of water
Add the crushed ginger to the water and boil it for 10 minutes. Then, leave it to cool. Next, blend the lemon juice, gelatine, almonds, pineapple juice, honey, and cinnamon well, and then add the boiled ginger water to this mixture. Blend once more.
