- Spread your orange peels on dehydrator trays
- Let them sit for about 24 hours at 100 degrees Fahrenheit until they are dry and crispy
- Grind the dried peels until they are fine
- Store overnight and leave to cool
Once the powder is ready you can ingest a spoonful a day, or add it into your diet.
